ReturnBy does not require an account or automatically read your inbox. Receipt reading happens on your device. When you request return-policy research, the app may visit public retailer pages and search using the merchant name and purchase country. Your receipt files and purchase details are not sent with those lookups.

Are return dates guaranteed?
No. Receipt reading and retailer terms can be incomplete or out of date. Check the policy and your purchase circumstances before relying on a date.
Does it connect to my email?
No. You choose which files or text to import or share with ReturnBy. There is no automatic inbox access.
Can I move my records to another phone?
You can export and restore a manual ZIP backup. It includes purchase records and originals and is not password-protected, so store it somewhere you trust.
